About the event
The Badlees are an American roots rock band originating from Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania, formed in 1990. They released multiple independent albums and gained national recognition with their 1995 album River Songs. In 1998, after completing a follow-up album, Polydor/Atlas was sold to the Seagram Corporation, causing a delay in the album's release and ultimately resulting in the Badlees being dropped from the roster.
The group has persistently performed and produced albums on their own, launching the double album Epiphones and Empty Rooms in 2013 and their self-titled album The Badlees in 2022. The Badlees, along with its members, have inspired, mentored, advised, produced for, and collaborated with artists across the Pennsylvania music scene.
